Made from sustainably grown New Zealand radiata pine that is thermally modified and laminated to improve dimensional stability and durability.
H3.1 TREATED
The timber is H3.1 treated to provide protection against fungal decay and wood-boring insects, further supporting the long-term durability of the sash.
INDEPENDENTLY PERFORMANCE TESTED
Fixed, casement and split-rail sash configurations have undergone independent WGANZ 502 Field Tests at pressures extending to Extreme wind-load levels.
PURPOSE-DESIGNED WEATHER SEALING
Opening sashes incorporate dedicated weather seals designed to reduce unwanted air movement between the new sash and retained timber frame.

The NZ Window & Glass Association’s WGANZ 502 test method is a recognised New Zealand field test for newly installed fenestration products (ie windows).
In simple terms, the test process is carried out by an accredited test engineer and involves:
- Mounting a calibrated spray rack outside the test window to deliver controlled waterflow
- Applying negative air pressure from inside using a vacuum chamber
- Measuring performance at NZS 4211 specified test pressures to check for water penetration under realistic, wind-driven rain conditions
